A few Pesach list items

Question

1. Does your father hold whether mustard is still part of the minhag of kitniyos? I'm asking this because on this year's Pesach list, it says that French's mustard is OK for all. So I was just wondering. 2. What about mayonaises? Which normal ones will be OK for Pesach this year? What about Hellmans, I checked their website and it specifically says that their vinegar is gluten-free. 3. A comment: The Pesach List mentions nothing about Starkist tunas. It turns out according to Starkist's website that all Starkist tuna items are gluten-free (except for the one or two kits that come with crackers). Shavua tov to everyone.
