About Vinegar on Pessah List.

Question

Hi, What does "Product Ingredients Vinegar (when listed alone) " Mean? Does that mean that when its ONLY Vinegar as ingredient (aka the product is only Vinegar) OR does that mean something else? Meaning that as part of an item it says other ingredients AND it says "vinegar" as well? Please clarify.
