Question

1. does one have to stand during alienu or is it a minhag that has no basis? 2.were only allowed to bow in places the rabbis have told us , is aleinu one of them? 3.if not then why do some siddurim say yichra bechol gufo??

1) you should, in order to bow. 2) yes 3) don't read the Siddurim. We have a Shulchan Aruch. AA
