Question

Rabbi, I already baked cookies for Pesach and I mistakenly used unmarked vanilla extract. I used McCormick's pure vanilla extract made of: vanilla beans in water, alcohol (35%) and corn syrup. I know alcohol may be a problem, can I serve these cookies on Pesach? Is Stonyfield Farm Organic "yobaby" yogurt kosher for passover? If you need I can list the ingredients.
