another guess re:Chumrot

Question

First of all, my husband predicted YEARS AGO that with the popularity of the Daf Yomi program that every Chaim Yankel would be his own Rabbi and it would be easy to derive the halachot to permit anything, anytime and anywhere one wishes and that this would spell the end of the Jewish religion as we know it. My husband said this about twenty years ago, I think, anyway I would like to add my guess to the Chumra guess: Rabbi Don Yoel Levy from the OK ?
