Another oven question

Question

If I am cooking, in an oven, chicken uncovered and a pie uncovered is the pie now considered meat and I would have to wait before eating dairy? or can we just not eat it with dairy? If I wait till the chicken is done to cook the pie, do i have to wait til the oven cools off totally? Thanks Tammi
