Question

Sorry if I wrote too harshly, it was just pleitat hakulmos - I appreciate your kind and prompt response to my question. I'd also like to point out the contrast between myself and Howard Dean, who STILL hasn't apologized for his outbursts and rantings in Iowa! Incidentally, did you mean that, for the law of davar charif to apply, the knife would have had to be used in a kli rishon with meat/milk/treif within 24 hours? I wasn't sure how to interpret your statement.

Was your Kulmos a silk screen type? Yes, you're right on the onion.... So you have a scenario that is very unrealistic and an onion that isn't for sure Charif. The simple answer is, "it's no problem." AA
