P.S. In which products is gelatin NOT okay? 2)Farley's Chocolate Raisins-ing: raisins, sugar, whole milk, chocolate liqueur, cocoa butter, partially hydrogenated palm kernel oil, cocoa powder, salt, soy lecithin, vanilla, confectioners glaze. 3)Nip's sugar free coffee candy-ing: maltitol syrup, heavy cream, milk, butter, and less than 2% of coffee, soy lecithin, natural and artificial flavors, dipotassium phosphate,carrageenan. (made on equipment that also processes peanuts,nuts and egg.) 4)Pascual lowfat yogurt (heat-treated after culturing) Product of Spain --ing: Cultured Grade A partially skimmed milk, Sugar, Strawberries, Banana, Food starch-modified,Grade A nonfat dry milk, Dextrose, Gelatin, Artificial flavors, Carmine color and Tumeric color.(Ferments used: Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus.) P.S. Are there certain countries for whose products it is okay to go by their ingredients or must any product be asked about? If I recognize all the ingredients/they are on the Pesach list of a U.S. product, can I assume it's kosher?
