Ashkenazi on Pesach

Question

Can an Askenazi man that married a Sephardic woman eat rice, etc... on Pesach? If so, would he also have to do Hatarat Nedarim? Would it make a difference if he holds by the Askenazi customs in all other areas?

The person can follow the Customs of his Rabbi, who he follows for all Jewish Law. AA
