Auntie Anne's Pretzles

Question

Rabbi, Auntie Anne's pretzle stands (in most malls)... When I called the offices they wouldn't give me the ingredients, but told me the following: No meat, no wine. Cheese is used only as a topping for one type of pretzel, and a dipping sauce sold separately. After the pretzles are baked (on a non-stick teflon tray - no oil used) they are dipped in butter. They said non-butter pretzles can be requested but will be picked up with the regular set of tongs. From what I learned from previous posts, there is no problem of Bishul Akum with bakery goods. Sound ok? or is the tongs a problem? (more info can be found on auntieannes.com)
