automatic doors on shabbat

Question

Are you allowed to walk through automatic doors on shabbat if your walking behind someone who is activating it. what about if that person is a jew? and in a bediaved situation are you allowed to open a door that makes a beep once you open it. Since you do not intend to make the noise you just want to open the door. thanks
