Baking Powder

Question

My wife says it doesn't seem right but I have "Clabber Girl Baking Powder"-OU, with "cornstarch, bicoarbonate of soda, sodium aluminum sulfate, acid phosphate of calcium" and that's it. It apparently makes things rise but says "Gluten-free". What's the verdict please?
