Banana chips etc.

Question

1. I read that banana chips require supervision as they are sometimes fried in the same oil as unkosher cheese. Is this something to be concerned with? 2. Some people say that even pure juices might be hametz since bran may be used to filter the juice. I don't see how this can make the juice hametz since it would certainly be less than 1/60th. However, let's say you are near the end of Pesah and it's possible that the juices were made on the first days of Pesah in which case even a tiny bit of hametz is a problem. Is this something we ever need to be concerned with?

1) Watch what your reading. No! This is ridiculous. They keep looking for far out scenarios, why you need them to be there supervising. 2) No issue here. see our FAQ's about this. Aaron Abadi
