Question

In your Pesah laws you write that you cannot purposely mix together foods (hametz and non-hametz, and non-hametz and kitniyot) in order to make it batel. Obviously this applies on Pesah. But does it also apply before Pesah. That is, can I mix hametz and non-hametz so that the hametz is batel in 60 on the day before Pesah, intending to eat it on Pesah?
