BBQ Follow-up

Question

A barbeque grill when turned on, is automatically kashered after 3 minutes of warming up. It gets very hot & anything there is destroyed beyond recognition. If you know it was used within 24 hours for non-Kosher food like meat or fish, then you should not use it. AA What difference does it make if it was used within the last 24 hours if we have just kashered the BBQ by firing it up?

You are right. If you can be certain that you understand the difference between regular kashering and real Libun, then go for it. AA
