Beatles used as coloring

Question

As per the below link, it has been found that crushed beatles have been used as coloring in Tropicana's Ruby Red Grapefruit juice as well as some Dannon yogurts and the candy Good N' Plenty. In all these cases, the crushed beatle is listed as artifical color or something similar. Would this pose a kashrut issue? Thanks - David http://abcnews.go.com/Health/story?id=1549583
