beit yosef vs. Glatt

Question

Hi Rabbi, What is the difference between Beit Yosef & Glatt Kosher? I did a search and found the same question, but I could not view the answer.

I don't get involved.... Seems to me that all this hype is a smoke screen to keep us distracted from keeping the Mitzvot and correcting our negative Midot (Character traits). Don't worry about it. We Syrians are either barely religious or more extreme than Me'ah Shearim. AA
