Ben Ish Hai, Shabbat

Question

Please clarify the Ben Ish Hai postion on riding bikes on Shabbat. A friened told me he allowed it. Another friend said he recanted it. The first friend said he would not recant such an important desision and he allows it. I know you have repeated many times that it is not allowed. Thank you
