Beracha on oats

Question

Wow! This oats thing blew my mind! So what beracha do I say on oatmeal, oatmeal cookies, etc.? Can we make the same assumptions about oatmeal products that we make on rice? That is, are we worried, or worried-not, that some wheat got in there? Specially oatmeal (shmushed oats), they could even put in there small pieces of cardboard and it will be impossible to see.
