Berachos

Question

What are the correct berachos for the following: 1. Mushrooms 2.Quiche (tuna/mushroom)- or any pie- inside shehakol but has a crust 3.Salad with croutons or tuna 4.Soup with vegetables or noodles or croutons Do you have to make 2 brachos on any of these? Thank you!

1) SheHakol (mistakenly said Ha'Adamah originally) 2) Usually Mezonot, unless barely any pie crust. 3) Ha'Adamah 4) w/veg= Haadamah; w/n or c = Mezonot If it is eaten together as one, as the cases above, you can only make 1 Blessing. If you make a second one, it will be in vain. AA
