Berachos confusion

Question

There are two particular food items where I'm just not sure which beracha to say: 1. Ocean Spray's Cran-Raspberry Juice Drink, which contains 20% fruit juice Ingredients: Filtered water, grape juice from concentrate, cranberry juice (from concentrate and Cranberry Juice), raspberry juice from concentrate, fructose, fumaric acid, pectin, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), sodium citrate, natural flavors, Splenda (sucralose). I'm just not sure whether to say hagefen (because of the grape juice), hoetz, or shehakol on this. 2. Tootsie Roll. I know that your father holds we make hoetz on chocolate unless it has something else as the main ingredient like Twix with its cookies. But in Tootsie Rolls, the first few ingredients are sugar, corn syrup, hydrogenated soybean oil, condensed skim milk, cocoa, and then vairous additives. Is the beracha on Tootsie Rolls still hoetz?
