Question

wouldn't it be ok for the non religious person to make a beracha for you but not kiddush? since kiddush is sanctifying the shabbat, it would not be appropriate for him/her to sanctify the shabbat if they do not observe the shabbat. but the hamotzi? why would this not be ok for him/her to make hamotzi for you?

Make your own Kiddush & Hamotzie. How can he be Motzie you if he is not a religious Jew?! AA
