Birchat hamazon

Question

I just wanted to thank you for the birchat hamazon you sent me. Before, I used to say the whole thing by heart (probably goofing words etc) while doing 3 other things. Now I sit and concentrate on the version you sent me and do it right. B'hatzlacha.
