Question

K'vod Harav, I had asked about a pareve product that contains less than 1/60th of dairy. Although I realize that dairy is batel in 60, I know that there are a number of poskim who maintain that dairy doesn't become batel in pareve food - that heter cannot nullify heter (the Rif, Ran, etc.). Therefore, putting this stuff into a pot of chullent or something would be mevatel issur lechatchila, or, if it is more than 1/60th of the chullent, it could be actual basar b'chalav. What do we hold about this issue? Can we put this kind of product in a keli rishon with meat?
