hi firstly kol hackavod on the website something definitly needed i was wondering what the mekore is for black hats ive heard that mishna berura syas a person has to have a double covering on his head if so the regular velvet kippas do the job and for sure a talis some say the reason is cuz it was the respectable way to daven in Europe if so why should sephardim wear it? thanx
