Question

Is there any way to heat a liquid on Shabbat, e. g., by putting it in a pot in a pot and then on the blech? I ask because you recommended heating up a pie (which has some lliquidy elements) by putting it in a pot on the blech.

not to heat it to full heat to just to warm it up in order to eat it is OK by putting it on top of a pot that is on the Blaech. AA
