Blech and washing dishes

Question

1. If you set the water temperature at 125 degrees or lower, can you then wash dishes on Shabbat and Yom Tov? 2. I use a warming plate on Shabbat and Yom Tov that I line with foil before putting on the food. Can I use the same warming plate for Passover? Thanks again for your helpful answers!
