Rabbi Blumenkrants got on radio last night and stated that the indian hair was assur. He quoted a sit on the internet to prove his point. I happen to have seen that site and know that he removed one line and inserted a different word instead. Thus, he changed something muttar to something assur. Although he did not identify the site by address, I recognized the wording. The site is: http://www.tirumala-tirupati.com which appears to be the main web site for this temple. Personally, I would very much agree that what "rachel" says in the name of Rabbi Wosner that it is a "mauss", but to say it is assur and cause millions of dollars of damage is Asid letain din vecheshbon.
