Boiler on Shabat

Question

If I have the boiler set to below Yad Soledet, is it mutar or shabat? I red a psak from Rav Ovadia saying it's ok as long as it's below. Can you confirm? Do I have to turn off the cold water supply to use it? Thanks

Correct. There is no need to turn off the cold water. CYA
