Question
If a person in shul is making havdalah for everybody, but isn't so frum, and perhaps is even Conservative, am I yotzeh with his brachos? I also have a safek whether or not he actually has the kavana to be "motzi" me in the brachos. Thanks!

Answered by Aaron AbadiWhen he made it for the Shul, his standard Kavanah was to Motzie everyone. If he is not an Observant Jew, then he cannot possibly be Motzie anyone... AA
