Question

Kavod HaRav, Thank you for your clarification about waiting 72 minutes after Hamotzei. Is there a time limit, as to how long we have between eating and reciting Al Hamichya, Borei Nifashot, etc? If so, how long do we have before our time is up? Thank you!!

It is hard to say an exact amount time. It all depends on how long it takes to be digested and what was eaten. The best thing to do, is bench as soon as possible. CYa
