Question
in an old post cya says if anything it is better to sprinkle salt on the challah. why sprinkle as opposed to dip? (i know that the addition of salt is only midivrei kaballah)

Answered by Aaron AbadiI say we skip the salt and keep the religion. If God really wanted us to keep his laws, he would have made them as customs. We spend too much time on salting the Challah and singing three times Shalom Alaichem, but the basic ABC's of Jewish law is ignored. AA
