bread and challah in supermarket bakery

Question

kvod harav...up until now, i have not bought bread or challah from the unsupervised bakery of the supermarket. question:if i can ascertain that ll the ingredients are kosher, from the list of ingredients on the packages of bread and challah the supermarket bakes in its bakeries, would the bread be considered kosher,,,and if so, would it be considered pareve. (not cake, just bread) thank you...i guess i dont know if and how we worry about the baking pans...
