Breyer's Vanilla - KOSHER for PASSOVER!

Question

Dear Rabbi, I love Breyer's vanilla and am happy to hear it is 100% Kosher for Passover! One question - since 'natural vanilla flavor' by definition means that the product contains vanilla extract, and vanilla extract always contains alcohol, is the reason it's kosher because we know that the alcohol is less than 50% so it's okay to eat? thanks, sammy
