bugs in water

Question

i dont know much about the water situation but im confused about your comments based on the hearsay out there. for one,supposedly these bugs are visible and the question is just that you are only able to tell that they are bugs underneath a microscope so the question is , is that called visible?SUPPOSEDLY there are poskim that said this is mutar(rav belsky, rav d. feinstein)BUT not b/c of a tough guy attitude that says prove it to me they checked to see the facts.once you hear there are reliable sources that say this is true just it is mutat i suggest you look at the facts and than pasken the halacha.if these poskim actually saw it i wouldnt say prove it to me. thanx
