Cadbury Cream Eggs

Question

I was just wondering if these are Kosher. I can get the ingredients if you need them. A little bird told me that anything by Hersheys is Kosher, and isn't Cadbury owned by Hersheys? Not that I can necessarily trust that little bird . . . Thanks!
