Can I eat it with meat?

Hello! I've unthinkingly used a milchik fork instead of a parev one to beat the egg for baking my challah. Are the bread-machine pan and baking tray still parev and can I still use the challah to make pastrami sandwiches? Many thanks for your time and Shabbat Shalom, Kate.
