Carvel

Question

All Carvel products are kosher (under khof keh). Some Carvel stores also have a mashgiach visit them. The certifying agency claims that it is necessary to visit the stores because on occasion it has happened that a local Carvel will buy its ice cream from another source. 1. Assuming for argument's sake that this is true (I have my doubts), would it affect the general chazakah that if a Carvel store claims to be selling Carvel ice cream that you can buy it (if not, then Baskin and Robbin's etc. are also a problem)?

All ice cream is fine. All brands. all stores. Except for flavors with real cheese or cookies or cookie dough. They're probably OK, too, but you need to check. They can possibly have animal fat. Although very rare. Incidentally, oreos used to say &/or animal fat. AA
