Question

1)Although Rav Moshe permitted chalav stam in civilzed countries, didn't you write that Rav Moshe was afraid that people would forget the concept of chalav akum and drink forbidden milk in uncivilized countries, and that's why he said a baal nefesh should be machmir? So how could you say that he fought hard against it if he wouldn't even write in his sefer that it's totally permitted? Also, Rav Moshe suggested not using chalav stam in yeshivos because some people are makpid against chalav stam, so although he may not have paskened that way it doesn't seem like he was so opposed to it? 2)Does Rav Ahron have a published teshuva on this issue?
