chalav yisroel--gevinat yisroel

Question

Rabbi: In the post about chalav yisroel you said that the supervision (that is unneccesary today) is a farce and that if we really needed supervision,as they imagine,we would not be allowed to eat chalav yisroel. My problem is therefore with cheese, Since there we do require supervision, which company can we rely upon that doesn't hire young irresponsible pot-smoking mashgichim? Does the Rabbi eat cheese? If yes-what brands?
