One of your correspondents wrote: "I will try to review it over Yom Tov -- during chatzi lashem." What is chatzi lashem?

It's what is set for holidays. Chazi LaHashem VeChazi Lachem. Half for God, and Half for you. Many learn half the day and then eat and stuff for the other half. AA
