Question

Dear Rabbi Abadi (I assume you are a rabbi, although you don't sign that way. Still, you are a bigger talmid hakham than all the rabbis I know), If I am at someone's house and they made a dish with cheese in it which is supervised by the OU but which I don't eat at home, can I still eat it at this person's house? After all, don't we say that Bet Shammai and Bet Hillel would intermarry even though they had different interpretations in these halakhot. Also, I don't want to offend the host, especially since the host is relying upon a common interpretation of halakhah.
