chocolate frosting

Question

I like to use up all of the chametz products that I have before Pesach.We do not sell our chametz. Can you tell me if Duncan Hines Creamy Home-Style frosting contains any chmatez and also if it is dairy as it says OUD.Ingredients are: :sugar,water,vegetableshortening(partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oil),dutched cocoa(processed with alkali),corn syrup.contains 2% or less of:citric acid,cornstarch,mono-and diglycerides,natural and artificial flavor,polysorbate 60,potassium sorbate(to preserve flavor),salt,sodium acidpyrophosphate,and sodium citrate .
