Chocolate nibs and Rye

Question

BS"D Dear Rabbi, Two questions: 1. There has been much talk in the media about insects in chocolate. Do products like raw cocoa powder and cocoa nibs need a kosher certification? 2. I heard that some people don't count rye as one of the five species and don't say Birkat HaMazon after eating rye bread. What's your view on this matter? Many thanks, KN
