Re. my previous email, I was simply wondering if the food starch in all the pudding mixes are ok for passover since even the passover mixes have food starch in them. Or do they change the type of food starch for the holiday?

ask the company. If the pudding is available with passover certification buy that. We're trying to focus on products that don't have. Time is very limited. YA
