Church parking lot

Question

I noticed in one of your posts that you say it is assur to use a church parking lot. Here in Lakewood there's a church whose parking lot is considered a municipal parking lot during regular business hours (corner of Rts 88 and 9). Is one permitted to park in that parking lot during regular bussiness hours? I verified that this is indeed the arrangement they have with the Township.
