FYI - I received the following response from Cinnabon: In regard to your inquiry, the basic Cinnabon ingredients are Kosher before they arrive at the various Cinnabon bakeries. However, from time to time, we may have items in our bakeries that do not meet Kosher requirements (ex. if we must test an item before certification can be obtained). Cinnabon does not necessarily follow Kosher standards like Rabbi inspections, for example. These two factors preclude us from Kosher Certifications in most instances. Cinnabon does have Kosher bakeries in Mexico, where testing is limited. The Franchise Partner in Mexico hired the rabbi and takes care of that relationship. Cinnabon does follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety.
