Question

are there any specific problems with bakeries that serve only dairy baked goods, Cinnabon, Dunkin' Donuts, costco and BJ' bakeries etc.

soft cheeses can be a problem, but otherwise, if you can confirm that there are no non-kosher ingredients, they're fine. AA
