cinnamon raisan bagels

Question

what would the beracha be on a cinn raisan bagel or cinn raisan white bread. You have stated in the past if it looks like bread it is hamotze. why would a muffin be mezonot if it looks likes bread. how would the "bread" have to be made so that it would be mezonot? if we included sugar, juice and egg, would that make it mezonot. If not then i really need to understand why a muffin is mezonot. thanks.
