Question

in one of your responses, you mentioned that a double ring ceremony makes the kedushin null and void. If that were the case with a woman who was married with an orthodox rabbi, but gave her husband a ring, and subsequently divorced, could she marry a Kohen? Could she have her previous marriage annulled on that basis?
